Is there a minimum quantity order?
No. Order in the quantities you need, as you need them. From a single apron upwards.
What reseller discount do I receive?

We reduce by 10% from our standard retail price. This is automatically applied at checkout, please make sure you are logged in. (You are, of course, free to choose your own retail price point).

Can I order multiple colours and styles?

Yes. Just place each of the items you require in your cart and purchase at checkout.

Do you provide samples and swatches?

Yes, we provide you with a set of sample aprons and a complete fabric swatch set ready for point-of-sale. We also provide you with additional swatch samples to give to your customers.

What is the manufacture turnaround time?

We make to order. It usually takes a minimum of two weeks, and longer for larger orders. If you’re working to a deadline, contact us to discuss and we will do our best to deliver on-time for you and your customer.

How do I pay for an order?

You pay in full online at checkout. Your reseller discount is automatically applied after you login to your account. Please note, we do not charge VAT.

Can I pay after my customer has paid me?
No sorry, we require full payment of all items before we start to make.
Can I place an order over the phone?

No, it is much easier to do so online. Your discount is applied correctly and the payment is taken. However, should you have difficulties do contact us as we are happy to discuss.

Can I request apron modifications?
No sorry, we only make products as displayed and detailed. No changes are possible as we’ve worked hard to perfect our designs.
Do you offer a bespoke apron service?

Yes, we offer a bespoke design service for a set fee and quote bespoke apron manufacture accordingly once the design is known and confirmed.
